Joy in Heat

Well...it’s that time.  Joy came into heat about a week ago, and all the children took notice.  They were concerned about her bleeding, and I told them she was in heat right now… and then explained to them what being in heat meant. 

 

Caleb shouted, “Oh, I know, mama is in heat all the time because she’s had a lot of babies.”  J
